Much of their influence comes from the women they encounter - entrepreneurs, moms, sisters, daughters. Jessica Russell, owner and lead designer for Tumbleweed Bead Co., started creating jewelry with her grandma back in elementary school. She graduated from Fimo clay creations to beading and metal smithing as her tastes changed.
