Sale Items Terms of Sale:

All sale items and items purchased with a discount or coupon code can be returned for store credit only unless noted as Final Sale. All Final Sale items can not be returned.

Order Information:

  • Orders are normally processed and shipped the business day following receipt. You will receive an order confirmation by email the same day of your order. FedEx services such as 2 Day or Overnight must be placed by 10 AM PST to be shipped out same day. Otherwise, orders are confirmed and processed the next business day.
  • All orders are subject to reconfirmation of inventory on hand. 
  • Orders using Free or 4.95 Standard Shipping are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the item. Please allow between 4-7 business days to receive your order. 
  • If you would like a specific or expedited delivery service, we offer rates from USPS or FedEx, which are calculated based on the location your order will be shipped to. 
  • Please contact us with any inquiries regarding changes to an order i.e. changing your size, changing the quantity of an item or changing your address. 

Pre-Order Terms of Sale

  • Discount codes may not be applied to pre-order items.
  • Cancellations or returns on pre-order items will be refunded in store credit or exchange only. 
  • Pre-orders will be charged at the time your order is placed. Additional items in your order will be shipped immediately while pre-order items ship separately as they become available. 
  • Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order and special order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers. Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis.
  • Not all pre-order items are guaranteed based on manufacturer production. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund.

Technical Problems:
Please report any technical issues you have experienced while shopping at Adorn. Send an email along with a brief description of the problem you encountered. Reporting such issues will help us to prevent them from happening in the future.
