Sale Items Terms of Sale:
Sale items can not be returned for a refund. We offer merchandise credit or exchange only.
Order Information:
- Orders are normally processed and shipped the business day following receipt. You will receive an order confirmation by email the same day of your order. FedEx services such as 2 Day or Overnight must be placed by 10 AM PST to be shipped out same day. Otherwise, orders are confirmed and processed the next business day.
- All orders are subject to reconfirmation of inventory on hand.
- Orders using Free or 4.95 Standard Shipping are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the item. Please allow between 4-7 business days to receive your order.
- If you would like a specific or expedited delivery service, we offer rates from USPS or FedEx, which are calculated based on the location your order will be shipped to.
- Please contact us with any inquiries regarding changes to an order i.e. changing your size, changing the quantity of an item or changing your address.
Pre-Order Terms of Sale
- Pre-orders
will be charged at the time your order is placed. All the items in
your order will be shipped at the same time once all items are in
stock. If you wish to receive additional items sooner, please place a
separate order for non pre-order items
- Please note that the
delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee
delivery dates for pre-order and special order items due to unforeseen
delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the
dates that are given to us by the manufacturers. Pre-order items are
sold on a first come first serve basis.
- Cancellations or refunds on pre-order items will be given as merchandise credit only in the form of a online
gift card that can be used towards future purchases. If for some
reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund.
