All sale items and items purchased with a discount or coupon code can be returned for store credit only unless noted as Final Sale. All Final Sale items can not be returned.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from the date of purchase (you will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after you make your purchase). FedEx services, such as 2-Day or Overnight Shipping, must be placed by 10 AM PST to be shipped out that day. Otherwise, orders are confirmed and processed the following business day.
All orders are subject to reassessment based on our current inventory. Orders using Free or $5.00 Standard Shipping are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the item. Please allow between 4-7 business days to receive your order. If you would like a specific or expedited delivery service, we offer rates from USPS, FedEx, DHL Express WorldWide which are calculated based on the location your order will be shipped to. Please contact us with any inquiries regarding changes to an order i.e. changing your size, changing the quantity of an item or changing your address.
Pre-Order Terms of Sale
Discount codes may not be applied to pre-order items. Cancellations or returns on pre-order items will be refunded in store credit or exchange only. Pre-orders will be charged at the time your order is placed. Additional items in your order will be shipped immediately while pre-order items ship separately as they become available. Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order and special order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers. Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis. Not all pre-order items are guaranteed based on manufacturer production. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund.
