Now until January 10th, we will be offering free shipping (in the U.S.)! For this we use USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the weight. If you need it faster, we offer expedited services from USPS or FedEx that are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Please contact us with any inquiries regarding your shipment, shipping cost, estimated delivery times etc.
If you are not happy with your order, feel free to send it back- we'll cover the return shipping cost for an exchange with another garment ordered in the contiguous United States. If you would like to return for a full refund in your original form of payment, we will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund. Just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a pre-paid return label.
ONLINE: Returns for a refund must be sent back within 30 days of when you received your package. Refunds will be given in tender paid. After 30 days, we issue store credit for returns. Original shipping costs are non-returnable. We will not accept any returns after 60 days.
IN STORE: Items bought in our brick and mortar store can be returned for store credit or exchange only for up to 30 days from original purchase.
All items returned must be in the same condition as received with all tags and packaging. Items must be sent back with return form on the bottom of original packing slip. If you do not have the packing slip contact us for a new one.
*Any returns that do not have all original tags and are not in original, new condition will not be accepted.
*Shoes and boots must be returned with the box in original condition. Please do not return your shoes and use the shoe box as the shipping box. We will not accept your return. Please use a separate shipping box or container to return your shoes or boots.
