$5.00 Flat Rate Shipping in the US.  For this we use USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the weight. If you need it faster, we offer expedited services from USPS or FedEx that are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Please contact us with any inquiries regarding your shipment, shipping cost, estimated delivery times etc. before you place your order.



Customs: Please note that you will be responsible for all duties, tariffs, and taxes charged by your own country. All transactions will be in U.S. dollars.

Should you place an international order and then refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Shop Adorn along with a 20% restocking fee.

ONLINE ORDERS: Returns for a refund must be sent back within 30 days of when you received your package. Refunds will be given in tender paid. Returns after 30 days will be accepted for store credit.  After 60 days, returns will not be accepted.


If you are not happy with your order, feel free to send it back.  Just shoot us an email at and we will email you a pre-paid return label. If you would like to exchange your item, we'll cover the return shipping cost for an exchange with another garment ordered in the contiguous United States. If you would like to return for a full refund in your original form of payment, we will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund. 


SALE ITEMS: All sale items and items purchased with a discount or coupon code can be returned for store credit only unless noted as Final Sale. All Final Sale items can not be returned. There are no price adjustments for items purchased before a sale.

FINAL SALE: Items clearly noted in a discount code, product title, or product description as 'FINAL SALE' are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

SHOES: All shoes purchased are subject to a $10 restocking fee for any returns or exchanges.

LOTIONS AND PERFUMES: All lotions and perfumes may be returned ONLY if the item has not been opened, used or sampled. If a lotion or perfume item has been opened from its original packaging or has been opened to sample or smell the fragrance or lotion, this item cannot be returned.

IN STORE PURCHASES: Items bought in our brick and mortar store can be returned for store credit or exchange only for up to 30 days from original purchase.  Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed from the time you bring your return into one of our Portland, OR locations.

*All items returned must be in the same condition as received with all tags and packaging. Items must be sent back with return form on the bottom of original packing slip. If you do not have the packing slip contact us for a new one.

*Any returns that do not have all original tags and are not in original, new and unworn condition will not be accepted.

*Shoes and boots must be returned with the box in original condition. Please do not return your shoes and use the shoe box as the shipping box.  We will not accept your return.  Please use a separate shipping box or container to return your shoes or boots.

EXCHANGES: If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original purchase by following the return directions and place a new order for the item you want.

Pre-Order Terms of Sale:
  • Cancellations or returns on pre-order items will be refunded in store credit or exchange only. 
  • Pre-orders will be charged at the time your order is placed. Additional items in your order will be shipped immediately while pre-order items ship separately as they become available. 
  • Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order and special order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers. Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis.
  • Not all pre-order items are guaranteed based on manufacturer production. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund.

Changes to orders:
Please contact us with any inquiries regarding changes to an order i.e. changing your size, changing the quantity of an item or changing your address within 4 hours of placing your order. Changes to orders will not be accepted any later than 9 AM PST of the day the order is processed.
