SHIPPING:
We offer $4.95 flat-rate shipping for any shipment within the U.S.  For this we use USPS First Class Mail. If you need it faster, use one of our other expedited services.  Please contact us with any inquiries regarding your shipment, shipping cost, estimated delivery times etc.


RETURNS:
Returns are accepted within 7 days upon receiving your item. Refunds will be given in tender paid. After 7 days refunds will be granted in merchandise credit or exchange.

After 30 days, we will not accept any returns. We will not accept returns for worn or used items.

All items returned must be in the same condition as received with all tags and packaging.
  • Shoes and boots must be returned with the box in original condition. Please do not return your shoes and use the shoe box as the shipping box.  We will not accept your return.  Please use a separate shipping box or container to return your shoes or boots.
  • Any returns that do not have all original tags and are not in original, new condition will not be accepted. 
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted. Free Shipping promotions do not cover return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES:
If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original purchase by following the return directions and place a new order for the item you want.

SALE Items Terms of Sale:
All SALE item can be returned for merchandise credit or exchange only.

Pre-Order Terms of Sale:
Pre-Orders will be charged at the time your order is placed.  All the items in your order will be shipped at the same time once all items are in stock.  If you wish to receive additional items sooner, please place a separate order for non pre-order items.

Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date.  We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order and special order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers.  Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers.  Pre-order items are sold on a first come-first served basis.

Cancellations or refunds on Pre-Order and Special Order items will be given as merchandise credit only in the form of a online gift card that can be used towards future purchases.  If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund.

Changes to orders:
Please contact us with any inquiries regarding changes to an order i.e. changing your size, changing the quantity of an item or changing your address. Changes to orders will not be accepted any later than 10am of the day the order is processed.
