Portland Style House Supports Local Stylists by Offering Safe, Luxurious Location for Private Appointments

Adorn, a unique Portland, Ore., based clothing boutique offering personal styling and a wide selection of independent brands, has transformed its West End location into Portland Style House, a luxurious space for local Portland stylists to come, free of charge, with their clients for safe styling appointments.

“Amid COVID-19, Portland Style House is the perfect solution to working with my clients in a safe setting,” said Portland stylist, Scarlett Chamberlain. “I am also thrilled to have the flexibility of bringing my own items into the space, as well as access to Adorn’s offerings including their house brand, Nyland and local handbag brand, TAH, at my fingertips.”

Portland Style House is a fluid space for stylists, as well as a showroom for Adorn’s newest collection, Nyland. Nyland offers capsule style items like the perfect blazer and jumpsuit with proceeds going to respite care in honor of founder Nicole Whitesell’s late brother, who the line was named after. Portland Style House will also offer bags by TAH, a contemporary luxury brand that serves the style, quality and functional needs of women on the go.

“Portland Style House is our answer to supporting the local fashion community during the pandemic,” said Nicole Whitesell, founder of Adorn and creator of Nyland. “This is a luxury shopping experience for busy people who hate shopping. It is my mission for Portland Style House to serve our clients safely while supporting our local stylists.”
