By participating in Adorn's $250 Gift Card Giveaway and Free Styling Session ("Promotion"), entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Promotion is administered by Adorn ("Promoter," "we," "our," or "us").
This Promotion is open to legal residents of The United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Adorn are not eligible to participate.

Entry period begins on 4/4/25 and ends on 4/11/25 at 11:59 PM PST. Entries received after this period will be disqualified.
The Promotion consists of the following prizes:
Two (2) winners will receive a $250 Gift Card to Adorn.
Two (2) winners will receive a Free Styling Session at Adorn's location or virtually, subject to availability and scheduling.
The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on 4/12/25. The winners will be notified via email and/or phone number within 48 hours of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
The $250 gift card is valid for purchases only at Adorn, subject to applicable terms and conditions of the gift card. It cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
The free styling session is subject to availability and must be scheduled within 30 days from the winner’s notification date. The session must be used in full; no partial sessions or cash equivalent will be provided.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted by the winner or redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
By entering this Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as set forth in Adorn’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will only be used to administer the Promotion and for purposes related to the promotion unless consent is provided for other uses.
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Adorn, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any liability, loss, or damages resulting from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prizes.
By entering the Promotion, participants grant Adorn the right to use their name, likeness, and/or prize information for marketing and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Adorn reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraud or misconduct.
Adorn reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if it becomes necessary due to any reason beyond Adorn’s control, including fraud, technical errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The United States.
