Shipping & Returns/Exchanges


We charge $9.95 for shipping on any purchases under $100. Shipping is FREE for all purchases over $100.We offer first class or priority USPS shipping depending on weight. If you need items faster, we offer expedited services from USPS or FedEx that are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Processing times range from 3-5 business days. Please contact us with any inquiries regarding your shipment, shipping cost, estimated delivery times, etc. before placing your order.

Please note we are not liable for packages lost or stolen.

International

Should you place an international order and then refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, along with the cost of returning the package to Adorn and a 20% restocking fee.

CUSTOMS:

Please note that you will be responsible for all duties, tariffs, and taxes charged by your own country. All transactions will be in U.S. dollars.

INSURANCE:

If you would like to insure your package for the full value, you will need to purchase insurance during checkout. The shipping method will say:$15.00 Insured Flat Rate Shipping.If there is anything you would like noted on the shipping label, please leave a note on your order.

Online Returns

We want you to love your order. If something does not work, online purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

To start a return, email hello@shopadorn.com. We will send you a return label, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Online returns must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In new condition
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging when applicable

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Online orders may also be dropped off at any Adorn store. Store drop-offs are processed by our office.

Please allow 4–7 business days for returns to be processed once they are received.

*HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Purchases made starting November 15 will be accepted for returns through January 4.

*CLEARANCE ITEMS: All items purchased with a clearance discount will be credit only, unless noted as Final Sale.

*ITEMS PURCHASED WITH DISCOUNT CODES: Will be eligible for a full refund, unless otherwise noted. First time user codes will be eligible for full refunds.

*FINAL SALE: Items clearly noted in a discount code, product title, or product description as 'Final Sale' are non-refundable.

* IN STORE PICKUPS: Please note, online orders are fulfilled from various Adorn locations and not guaranteed same day pick up. We will call you and let you know when your order has been fulfilled and is ready for you.



*SHOES: All shoes purchased are subject to a $10 restocking fee for any returns or exchanges. Shoes and boots must be returned with the box in original condition. Please do not return your shoes and use the shoe box as the shipping box. We will not accept your return. Please use a separate shipping box or container to return your shoes or boots.

*LOTIONS AND PERFUMES: All lotions and perfumes may be returned ONLY if item has not been opened, used, or sampled. If a lotion or perfume item has been opened from its original packaging or has been opened to sample or smell the fragrance or lotion, this item cannot be returned.

Changes to orders

Please contact our office at 503-407-0680 with any requests for changes to your order. While we will try our best to accommodate these requests, we do ship orders quite quickly so we ask that you call us as soon as possible to request a change to your order.

Items purchased at an Adorn store may be returned within 30 days for store credit or exchange only.

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method for in-store purchases.

Terms of Sale

  • Cancellations or returns on pre-order items will be refunded in store credit or exchange only.
  • Pre-orders will be charged at the time your order is placed. Additional items in your order will be shipped immediately while pre-order items ship separately as they become available.
  • Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order and special order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers. Pre-order items are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Not all pre-order items are guaranteed based on manufacturer production. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund.
